The course has been designed for those who wish to develop a Christian ministry through teaching English. The qualification is Australian Government accredited, Certificate IV. It is a comprehensive TESOL qualification. This nationally accredited training aims to provide TESOL skills to volunteers, industry trainers and community aid workers dealing with speakers of other languages in Australia and overseas.

Diploma of Planting and Growing Vibrant Churches

This six month course builds upon the foundation of the Certificate IV in Planting and Growing Vibrant Churches course (a pre-requisite). Through higher level training, ministry, study and research it will help the participant to think in contemporary ways, exhibit Godly character and demonstrate practical ministry skills. It helps the participants by encouraging them to work in ministry teams and become independent in their learning through self-help and Christian maturity. All training has been designed to develop the spiritual dynamics and ministry skills needed for an effective ministry.

Advanced Diploma of Planting and Growing Vibrant Churches

CRICOS Course Code: 039330E
The course is delivered as “in-service” training. Participants attend class for at least two weeks each year and implement a ministry project in their own Church with the support of their peers and a supervisor. The course follows an “action-research” methodology. Some class time will be spent in tutorials and some will be devoted to self-directed research. Sports ministry
Participants enrolled in the Certificate IV in Planting and Growing Vibrant Churches or Diploma of Planting and Growing Vibrant Churches may choose to do their field work and internship with goodLIFE Community Centre, a ministry of goodLIFE Community Church which aims to impact the Sunshine Coast through sport, health and fitness.
